Located in the heart of Colombo, the commercial capital of Sri Lanka, St. Andrew’s Scots Kirk has come to be known as an oasis to its many passing visitors. Within this beautiful early 20th Century building one finds that moment of solitude, away from all the hustle and bustle of the busy city outside, for a quiet time with our Lord.

Rev. Bill Davine, accompanied by his wife Charlotte, has taken up pastoral duties at St. Andrew’s Scots Kirk. Bill is a minister of the Presbyterian Church. (USA) He is also a retired career diplomat with the U.S. Foreign Service, having served in several posts in East Asia and the former Soviet Union during a 27-year career. He is preaching and leading worship, performing weddings and baptisms, and providing other pastoral services.
